The new Moanalua High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) is an auditorium with rehearsal and instructional spaces, storage rooms, a music library, and other supporting facilities for the expanding music and drama departments.

CHI constructed the new dance and choral studio that was designed to HI-CHPS (Hawaii - Collaborative for High Performance Schools) standards. The CHI Team coordinated between various building trades and the design team to ensure all items were properly installed and placed throughout the project.
