Cost Estimator

Job Description:

• Estimating, bidding, negotiating, take-offs

• Project sizes range from $1 million to $12 million

• Prepare a project schedule for incorporation into bid packages

• Handling multiple bid deadlines

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as an estimator for a commercial general contractor

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

• Proficient in take-offs and estimating for concrete work, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry
